benefit statements for active members of the LGPS will be issued
week commencing 22 January 2007.
About
your statement:
- statements
are issued to all active members of the Local Government Pension
Scheme as at 31 March 2006
- statements
are sent to the last known home address
-
issue 10 of "Pensions News" is enclosed with your statement
and can be accessed via forms
Combined
Benefit Statements
All active members of the LGPS will receive a combined benefit statement
- your statement displays your LGPS benefits and a State Pension
Forecast (SPF) provided by the Department for Work and Pensions
(DWP).

If
your State Pension Forecast shows nil values this will be because
of one of the following:
- you
chose not to receive a SPF
- you
have or will reach state pension age prior to April 2006
- you
pay the married woman's reduced rate NI contribution
- the
DWP were unable to provide us with a SPF

of Beneficiary of Death Gratuity
