• statements are sent to the last known home address
• issue 8 of "Pensions News" is enclosed with your statement

Combined Benefit Statements
This year we produced a combined benefit statement for all active members of the LGPS. This statement displays your LGPS benefits and a State Pension Forecast (SPF) provided by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).

2901 members did not receive a State Pension Forecast with their benefit statement because of one of the following:

• you chose not to receive a SPF
• you have or will reach state pension age prior to April 2005
• you pay the married woman's reduced rate NI contribution
• the DWP were unable to provide us with a SPF
