Civil Partnerships
From December 2005, people in a same sex relationship are able to register that relationship as a 'civil partnership'. Civil partnership provides the couple many of the same legal and financial rights and responsibilities as married couples.
The Local
Government, Police and Fire Pension Scheme Regulations have been amended
to facilitate Civil Partnership and should you have any queries regarding
